Two vessels filled with Molecular Sieves and Activated Alumina. Compressed air passes through — oxygen comes out as product gas while nitrogen is discharged.
Similar to PSA with vacuum-assisted regeneration. Recommended for capacities above 200 Nm³/h. More energy-efficient at larger scales.
Hollow fiber polymer membranes — oxygen permeates faster than nitrogen through fiber walls. Produces oxygen up to 45% purity for industrial processes.
Membrane systems based on differential velocity of gas mixture components. The driving force in gas separation is the difference in partial pressures on different membrane sides.
