Production Technologies

Five proven methods tailored to your requirements.

PSA Hydrogen Plant

Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA)

Separates hydrogen gas from other gases in adsorption tower by feeding the gas under certain pressure. The most prominent achievement in gas separation.

  • 10 – 25,000 Nm³/h
  • Purity up to 99.9999%
  • O₂ content ≤ 1 ppm
  • Low cost, minimal maintenance
PSA Systems

PSA Technology Overview

Pressure swing adsorption technology is the most prominent achievement in recent years in the field of gas separation. Due to this technology, many problems typical of hydrogen PSA plants have been resolved.

  • High-purity Hydrogen from air
  • Up to 99.9999% purity
  • O₂ levels down to 1ppm
  • Leading supplier worldwide
Steam Reforming Plant

Natural Gas Steam Reforming

Bulk hydrogen produced by steam reforming of methane or natural gas at high temperatures (700–1100 °C) with approximately 80% efficiency.

  • 10 – 5,000 Nm³/h
  • Purity 99 – 99.999%
  • Pressure 1200 – 1900 kPa
  • Water gas shift reaction
Water Electrolysis

Water Electrolysis

High purity DM water broken into H₂ and O₂ using solid oxide (SOEC) or alkaline (AEC) electrolysis cells. Approximately 5% of industrial hydrogen is produced by electrolysis.

  • 5 – 450 Nm³/h
  • Purity 98 – 99.9%
  • DC Power < 4.5 kW/h per m³
  • O₂ as by-product
Ammonia Decomposition

Ammonia Decomposition

Liquid ammonia vaporized and decomposed with catalyst into mixed gas containing 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen at normal temperature.

  • 5 – 450 Nm³/h
  • Purity 98 – 99.999%
  • Residual NH₃ ≤ 3 ppm
  • Fully automatic operation
Methanol Reforming

Methanol Reforming

One m³ of methanol contains 1660 Nm³ of hydrogen. Combined with PSA purification for high purity output.

  • 50 – 2,500 Nm³/h
  • Purity 99.9 – 99.999%
  • Pressure 800 – 1900 kPa
  • Low cost, easy maintenance
