FU1020 Grease is an exceptionally pure, patented, multi-purpose synthetic lubricant containing SYNCOLON® (PTFE) particles held in permanent suspension. This gives the grease very stable and predictable chemical properties.
SYNCOLON® (PTFE) is one of the most slippery surfaces known — with the lowest coefficient of friction. The PTFE particles fill surface irregularities of mating parts and are compacted to form a smooth, lubricated surface that lasts longer and outperforms conventional petroleum-based greases.
Also available in a Silicone formulation. Packaging includes tubes, grease cartridges, aerosols, pails, and drums.

PTFE particles in FU1020 Grease are held in constant suspension, ensuring they are always evenly applied to the lubricated surface. As components move, the PTFE particles fill microscopic surface irregularities and are compacted to form an incredibly smooth, low-friction surface.
This unique mechanism provides continuous protection even under heavy loads, vibration, moisture and extreme temperatures — conditions that would quickly break down conventional greases.
Greases are typically applied in areas where a continuous supply of oil cannot be retained, such as open bearings or gears. FU1020 is the most widely used lubricant for roller bearings and low velocity applications.
